entry 5: questions, questions...

im considering to stop cross-posting my entries... i mean, i also post on bearblog and have this cute little journal section on my neocity but,,, bearblog seems very professional. i mean, i know u can write whatever u want on it, but it feels too "normal" to ramble on. that prolly sounds edgy as hell buttttt uhghghgh. i need to stop policing myself!!! i can be edgy online!!! its not a crime or anything!!!!!! anyway back on topic. my neocity is very youngster friendly, and i intend to keep it that way. but i LOVE my dreamwidth!!! its so perfect.... privacy settings, embedding, tags, huge customisation, a very informal feel 2 it, even more customization, discovering loads of other diaries and having fun reading them thru an anonymous lense...

i was born during the prime-time of internet 2.0. define that however u like, but what it means to me is that i JUST missed the best era for casual blogs, scene kids and vocaloid songs. im sure there were lots of horrible things as well (people always wish they were born a decade or so before they actually were, then ppl who were ACTUALLY born then point out all the bad things in that era) but for my interests specifically, i feel like it would've been a nice time to experience at the age i am now. and the thing is, dw does a lot for me in that sense. lots of blogs that arent super advertise-y, and a focus on fun stuff im into like (for me) fandoms and web design and drawing.

so. if i conclude this looong ramble- i think i might start posting on dw only. it breaks my heart cuz i put a lot of love into my neocity diary- i might keep it around just in case but i won't update it anymore. also bearblog just isnt for me LMAO its cute but also like. no. anyway, unless ur reading this on dw itself (hi!!!) here's my dreamwidth.
